Position title: HCM Functional Analyst

Location: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid)

Duration: 1 Year

Job Description:

This is a Contract Hybrid role for an HCM Functional Analyst. The HCM Functional Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources (HR) related modules, and assisting in the implementation, configuration, training, and support of these systems. This role is based out of Annapolis, MD.

A. Scope of Work:

Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

Define and capture business requirements.

Provide design, development, testing, and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.

Offer 2nd tier production support.

Perform system configuration and testing.

Develop system documentation (configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, SOPs, training materials).

Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.

B. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

C. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:

Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal.

Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later.

Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, testing, and selective adoption process.

Expert level knowledge of SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, and REST-based webservers.

Ability to provide expert customer service.
