Responsibilities: • Take away plates from the table, replace utensils, and keep an eye out for spills or other special requests from guests • Assist with serving drinks by, carrying coffee pots, water pitchers throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed • Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile, setting a positive tone for their visit. • Ensure the dining area is impeccably prepared and inviting before guests arrive. • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and address guest needs promptly. • Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. • Support fellow hosts and servers during peak times to maintain service excellence. Qualifications: • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Food service industry experience is highly desired • Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers Compensation: $18 per hour
