    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

    A financial analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis and projection for the company and assists the Senior Accountant, Director of Accounting, Controller and CFO.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preparing financial reports
    • Developing budget and forecast models
    • Evaluating financial performance
    • Exploring investment and business opportunities
    • Monitoring and assessing financing facilities
    • Working with Capital Market and investment bankers for loan securitizations
    • Performing ad-hoc quantitative analyses

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
    • One or two years of experience is preferred but not required
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must be service-oriented and an excellent team member
