    Amalfi Estates is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our successful real estate team. This position will build and execute multiple marketing campaigns to help expand the real estate brand. They strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns to market new listings from beginning to end with help from Client Relations, Operations, and Agents. They conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results while providing timely reporting updates to upper management. They are productive digital marketing gurus familiar with various platforms and ensure a consistent and compelling online presence. You should have a passion for connecting with current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing strategies. We will only consider applications submitted through Job Boards. FAMILIARITY WITH STANDARD CONCEPTS, PRACTICES, AND PROCEDURES WITHIN MARKETING, ADVERTISING, AND REAL ESTATE IS CRITICAL. Responsibilities: • Create and manage all Listings Marketing Content (i.e. photography/videography, copy, print publications, direct mail, digital campaigns, email marketing, etc.) and confirm info is accurate with the seller prior to publishing • Create and manage our high-end Listing Marketing Campaigns (i.e. approx. top 10% of Anthony’s listings, or ones that could be lower price but have high DOM). This will include targeted Facebook ads, direct mail, WEALTHX, email campaigns, Architectural Digest, Westside DIGS cover, 3D Matterport real-time video tour, special OH events/vendors (i.e. food truck), and more • Send comprehensive monthly Marketing Reports to sellers regarding their listing’s performance with key data insights • Manage and monitor all Social Media channels, ideally using a platform such as HootSuite, to include: content, posting cadence, updates, profile management, brand messaging, follower engagement, group invitations, contests/giveaways, etc.  • Streamline company Collateral and Campaigns to ensure brand continuity and a consistent and clear message • Manage Company Website content, SEO development, traffic analytics, blog, stats, etc. • Stay up-to-date with all current design and tactical Marketing Trends so ensure our brand and approach remains modern, fun, fresh, and appealing to our audience • Respond in a timely manner to all messages across all social media platforms • Assist in helping maintain a positive company online reputation (i.e. negative reviews) • Help manage Inbound and Outbound Marketing Channels leads • Assist in planning and executing company and/or community events, including holiday events, pie day, VIP client party, etc. • Attend and capture photos/video content during events and social gatherings for cultural posts and the team’s media library • Launch creative and exciting pre-event engagement via social media (i.e. buzz content, sizzle-reals, count-downs, etc.) • Maintain the company’s media library (video, photo, collateral, swag, etc.) • Research new, forward-thinking marketing strategies and implement as needed • Create and manage the Monthly Email Team Newsletter to include gathering compelling content to include in the email blast • Manage all company online profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and all Real Estate related profiles) • Assist in developing Direct Mail campaigns to be sent via EDDM or Bulk Mail • Work with Side (brokerage) to build and manage various campaigns • Provide weekly Marketing Reports to management • Create and edit video production content as well as photography editing  Qualifications: • At least 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Must be hungry, humble, and coachable • Experience working in marketing for a luxury/lifestyle company huge plus • Ability to deliver information in a fun and compelling way using design, copy, and various media channels • Heavy experience managing all social media platforms and achieving consistent audience engagement and growing follower base using various methods  • Understanding of new and traditional marketing strategies and planning, with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of channels in order to achieve desired results • Ability to develop a monthly marketing plan to achieve company goals • Very strong time management habits and the ability to adapt quickly to new priorities • Ultra-meticulous attention to detail • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Expectation of discretion relating to client and company information PROFICIENCIES • Social Media - Intermediate/Advanced (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) • Software - Intermediate/Advanced (Adobe CC Suite, MS Office Suite, Mac OS X, G Suite, etc. • SaaS, Apps, & Platforms - Intermediate/Advanced (HootSuite, MailChimp, Canva, Slack, WordPress, SquareSpace, etc.) • Creative Writing - Intermediate/Advanced Compensation: $45,000 - $58,000 yearly
