    Real Estate Client Relations - Executive Assistant We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the broker/owner, who has personally sold close to $2B in real estate. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele and overseeing schedules. You’ll also be responsible for completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. In addition, you will help oversee office events and larger-scale projects. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: This is 9 am - 6 pm Mon-Fri in the office, with occasional work outside normal business hours as needed. • Communicate with the Founder/Brokers clients • Write offers, counters, listing contracts for Founder/Broker • Sets and confirm all of the Founder/Broker's appointments • Schedule and coordinate photography, inspectors, appraiser, and staging for our properties • Enter new listings into the MLS and confirm with the seller all info is accurate • Making sure the team is happy • Help facilitate and manage office projects (i.e. office events, office holiday party, golf tournament, etc.) • Order and maintain office supplies Qualifications: • REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT • VERY HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL/CLEAR AND THOROUGH COMMUNICATION STYLE • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and directives on a day-to-day basis • Coachable and willing to receive feedback with a growth mindset • Enthusiastic and positive attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and thrive under pressure • Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Cal), MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT), CAR forms, MLS, DocuSign, Asana, CRM, Slack, and other real estate platforms • Ability to learn new technology software and applications Compensation: $60,000 yearly
