Responsibilities: Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, and leases for buyers and sellers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commission
