Compensation Our team operates under a tiered model where an agent's commission split is directly determined by their level of productivity. We want to set our agents up for success by helping them grow a steady, revolving, and expanding pipeline of business to ensure their career trajectory is one of consistency and reward. This model has allowed our team to achieve one of the highest average incomes per agent out of all real estate teams. An Easy Transition We make it easy for you to transition from your existing brokerage to working with Amalfi Estates. We do this by implementing all of the systems and support training you need in order to grow your business. This means you can continue to work on serving your clients, while we work to set up your business.  Responsibilities: • MAINTAIN PRODUCTIVE BEST PRACTICES TO GROW YOUR SALES PIPELINE • 1 transaction per month is our team standard • Daily management of your CRM to push leads through the sales funnel • Rigorously prospect for new leads and business in multiple lead channels • Consistent lead follow-up adhering to team guidelines • Weekly One-on-Ones with Director of Sales and Operations • Commit to improving your skills • Attend weekly team meetings and culture activities • Attend training conferences • Utilize company technology and systems • Write and negotiate offers for your buyers • Host open houses • Gather local community knowledge to demonstrate expertise and provide best advice to clients • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • “Always be consulting” by providing your very best service to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • MUST BE HUNGRY, HUMBLE, AND COACHABLE • A belief that Accountability + Persistence = Success • Dedicated to working long hours • Minimum 1+ years real estate experience • A 'glass half full' abundance mindset to sales opportunities • Strong time management/planning habits • Team player willing to help others • Ability to learn new processes • Able to handle objections with confidence • Self-disciplined with integrity • Strong communication practices • Knowledge of Westside neighborhoods • Community-driven with a desire to give back • Proficient using technology (CRMs, Apps, Zoom, FaceTime, Slack, social media, etc.) • Proficient in using G Suite, Sales CRMs, MLS, Zip forms, DocuSign • Valid CA Real Estate License • Valid CA Driver's license • Live within 30 minutes of Pacific Palisades Compensation: $150,000+ yearly at plan commission
