Responsibilities: “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Create purchase agreements and counter offers Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Technology driven Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Show good organizational and time management skills Past sales experience is preferred • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • A successful and proven sales history • Show good organizational and time management skills • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commission
