Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Qualifications: • Technology driven • Past sales experience is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required • Team Player • ALWAYS be Improving Compensation: $150,000 at plan
