    Digital Media Specialist / Marketing Coordinator / Real Estate For this position, we value people who are thorough and detailed-oriented, creative, organized, and conscientious. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing marketing project plans and leading small projects to completion. This role is responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and market intelligence.  Responsibilities: • Knowledge of Photoshop and graphic design skills • Videography and video editing knowledge • Manage company's social media • Collaborate with our team and learn our systems and processes quickly • Writing ad copy and property descriptions • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans by communicating progress, issues, and barriers, to internal and external customers • Conducts periodic status meetings • Ability to ensure project requirements and quality standards are satisfied. • Coordination between the client, contractors, vendors, and internal/external factors for success • Supervising multiple projects of varying complexity and scopes of work at the day of job level • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management • Create proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts Qualifications: • 1- years of experience in marketing • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports • Must have a high level of creativity Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
