Responsibilities: • Nurture acquired and assigned leads to convert to clients and closings • Interpersonal skills to deal with clients and other agents within the brokerage • Connect with our local community to learn what North Alabama and the Tennessee Valley has to offer • Willing to attend annual brokerage growth events • Knowledge of Huntsville and surounding areas • Ability to utillize computer systems (email, Google Suite, Microsoft Office) • Engage in career-based professional training in office • Attend industry events to network and to grow your personal sphere • Represent the brand in our community • Enjoys connecting with other agents for networking and learning opportunities • Guide clients through the buying or selling process with world-class service • Maintain a good relationship with strategic business partners such as lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and escrow companies • Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have Completed a real estate course • Must be willing to complete required state exam within the ext 30 days • Must work well in a team environment • Must be a self-starter • Must provide exceptional customer service • Has a desire to help others and patience taking them through the real estate process • Must have a business-minded spirit and be willing to learn • Must be coachable • Must be confident in your people skills • Must be driven • Must have a desire to continue to learn throughout their career • Must be organized and pay attention to detail • Needs to have knowledge of local suppliers withn the real estate industy • Must have computer skills • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent • Must be willing to be part of a culture of collaboration and excellence Compensation: $65,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
