Responsibilities: • Follow up on leads in a timely, professional manner • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Act as an intermediary between home buyers and sellers Qualifications: • Passionate about selling • Works well autonomously and on a team • Exceptional communication skills • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records; Must have basic computer skills • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity • A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB Compensation: $80,000 at target - no ceiling on income
