    Seeking a dynamic, multi-tasker with excellent communication and administrative support skills for a mother of 3 and entrepreneur. Attention to detail and excellent computer skills. The candidate will help manage personal and professional matters. Assistance with keeping household organized and extra support getting a fourth and a ninth grader to and from school, activities, and sports when needed. My business interests encompass project development, design, real estate, and investing in innovative start-up businesses. Accounting or design background a plus. Candidates interested in investing or entrepreneurship and a desire to learn about the start-up ecosystem a plus. Must be proactive and exhibit a can-do attitude to help manage and oversee daily communications, CRM, social media, budgets, and office organization. Assistant should expect to handle minor tasks regarding design business, such as updating budgets, ordering products, and opening/managing trade accounts. Also need assistance with the building and running of a newly found female-led investment group. Looking for hours on Monday from 11 to 7 and Tuesday to Thursday from 2 to 7 or 8 pm. Some weekend hours when needed. Some flexibility with schedule. I prefer in-office hours. I am a member of ACA (Angel Capital Association) , BAMA (Business Angel Minority Association) , Beam Network with Women@Austin, HeyMama, and SheEo organizations. Role Responsibilities: - Handle administrative tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies and maintaining and organized office space. - Generate company emails and communication. - Maintain investment group website, portal and marketing materials - Manage all administrative accounts including solving technical issues and billing. - Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and scheduling zoom meetings. - Help to generate reports, transcribe notes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research and due diligence. - Manage bills, orders, and paperwork for the household. - Make travel arrangements for founder and her family
