We are seeking an outgoing and charismatic person to work with clients as a Real Estate Showing Assistant Partner. Amanda Vang is a fast-paced, high-energy realtor based out of San Jose. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor. We are in the top 5% of realtors locally and are seeking to double our business in 2022. Come grow with us as a Showing Assistant. We have a proven path and will provide you with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability that ensure success. $25 per showing, and $18/hr office work, paid weekly. This is a contract position. Work schedule Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM, hours vary in this position and will require flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends. Learn more about us: www.youtube.com/amandavangrealestate Responsibilities: Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Professional in attitude and appearance Can spend a large amount of time driving • Has a reliable car, driver’s license and ability to drive throughout the Bay Area • Willingness to learn and become an expert on local neighborhoods and housing market Compensation: $18 - $25
