Responsibilities:
Assist Studio Director
Greet customers and make them feel welcome
Sell memberships to guests
Respond promptly to customer questions, needs, and concerns
Answer incoming phone calls
Assist with opening/closing procedures (based on schedule)
Book standing appointments/future appointments for clients
Assist other team members in maintaining a clean, well organized studio environment
Prepare guest records for eyelash extension application
maintain client information filing and data entry
Cash management, member retention, general administrative and clerical support
