    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, including brands and agencies, acting as their strategic partner.

    • Lead onboarding, campaign planning, and ongoing support to drive performance and satisfaction.

    • Serve as a key escalation point and deliver solutions with urgency and care.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless client experience.

    • Surface client feedback and campaign insights to influence product development and internal improvements.

    • Monitor performance metrics and usage data to identify growth opportunities and risks.

    • Create training materials and lead educational initiatives such as webinars and knowledge sessions.

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Client Success, or Ad Operations.

    • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, etc.) is required.

    • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    • Experience working cross-functionally to drive client and business outcomes.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
