What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, including brands and agencies, acting as their strategic partner.
Lead onboarding, campaign planning, and ongoing support to drive performance and satisfaction.
Serve as a key escalation point and deliver solutions with urgency and care.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Surface client feedback and campaign insights to influence product development and internal improvements.
Monitor performance metrics and usage data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Create training materials and lead educational initiatives such as webinars and knowledge sessions.
What You Bring:
5+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Client Success, or Ad Operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, etc.) is required.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience working cross-functionally to drive client and business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
