We're looking for a hands-on expert in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to help us design and build a real-world conversational contact center experience.
This is not a “set up a few flows” role — we need someone who has actually shipped production systems and understands both the tech and the customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Build and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows
- Design conversational experiences using Amazon Lex (V2)
- Integrate backend systems via AWS Lambda
- Help architect something scalable and clean
You're a fit if:
- You've built real-world Connect + Lex solutions
- You understand conversational UX (not just config)
- You can both build and advise
- You are a U.S. Citizen (required)
