    Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000, plus up to 10% performance-based bonus

    Role Description

    • Supervise multiple estates and lead a team to achieve efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Onsite work for quality control, client communication, and occasional maintenance tasks.
    • Manage irrigation systems, oversee landscape health, and enforce safety protocols.
    • Administrative duties include managing schedules, overseeing payroll, and conducting performance reviews.

    Job Specifics

    Expertise in contract adherence, irrigation management, and landscape safety are vital. Horticultural knowledge and a QAC license are preferred. The role requires a valid CA driver’s license, computer proficiency, and a blend of hard and soft skills, including organizational excellence, leadership, and exceptional communication.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in landscaping or related fields.
    • Preferred bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) for effective team and client communication.
    • Organizational skills with a focus on maintaining client service schedules.
