What’s In It For You

• Full time, non-exempt hourly position

• After 60 days, successful employment is entitled to Kaiser Health coverage for employee/family; dental coverage for employee/family; life insurance policy

• After 90 days of successful employment, is entitled to 401K with employer matching; PTO; 6 paid annual holidays; sick time; bereavement time

Role & Responsibility

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have solid experience in the construction industry, preferably within the high-end residential market. Your excellent organization and communication skills are key as you tour job sites and meet with potential subcontractors. You value building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Skillfully computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements of a project is a must. You are a critical thinker and problem solver. Ensuring the budgeting needs of the client are met is essential to your job. A fast-paced environment where you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously is where you thrive.
