Role & Responsibility

As an ideal candidate for this position as Project Manager, you are seeking a company in which to grow and flourish as an individual within a supportive team environment. You are there to collaborate with and support the Site Superintendent, efficiently and skillfully overseeing projects from start to completion. You value building solid, positive relationships from client to subcontractors.

You are confident in your ability to ensure the level of quality and craftsmanship this company is known for, all while managing the project schedule and budget.

Organization and solid communication skills ensure that this project is successfully managed. You understand the value in embracing challenges head on. You are seeking ways to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Proficiency in various softwares (Bluebeam, Jonas, MS Project, accounting software, etc.) and experience in certification in Leed, Build It Green, or other sustainability standards is a plus!
