Role & Responsibility
The ideal candidate for this position will be seeking an opportunity to use their strong management skills in overseeing the direction and success of pre-construction efforts. You are there to expertly lead all preconstruction services, including sales, design, budgeting and building. You serve as a valuable contributor to value engineering and alternatives in proposals. Your strong communication skills are key as you prepare and present conceptual estimating and discuss the project estimates with consultants and design team members. Your detail-oriented, organized mindset ensures invoices, contracts, change orders, and other documents are completed with precision and accuracy.
