Role & Responsibility
The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual who has a number of years of architectural experience, including working as a Project Manager. You must grasp a firm understanding of building systems, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Some of your primary responsibilities would include aiding in the creation of drawings with the architect partner and supporting the pre-construction team in their tasks. Ultimately, you are there to coordinate and collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure that the building plans reflect the company qualifications and standards and satisfy the needs of the client/customer.
Experience with programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is required for your success here. The ability to easily adapt and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
