You are a seasoned professional, having solid experience in leading and managing an on-site construction team. Sub contractors, site layout, and team productivity/performance are supervised well under your strong leadership. You are a partner with the Project Manager, working together to oversee the success of the project from start to finish. You expertly see the “big picture” and prioritize accordingly, while not minimizing the importance of detail.
Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills are a must! As a natural born leader, you are seeking ways in which to strategize, plan, and problem solve.
The safety, health, and well being of your team is of utmost importance to you. Your keen eye for excellence and skilled craftsmanship assists you as you conduct inspections at critical phases of the project.
