Role & Responsibility

To be successful here, you will need a deep understanding of the complexities of custom residential construction. You will have a solid background of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget. You are a relationship developer and see the value of building long-term relationships with subcontractors and other key players in the industry.

While comfortable working with sophisticated tastes and midcentury, modern design, you are also willing to explore a variety of materials and design. A background in architecture would prove to be beneficial in the projects you would be managing here.

Strong communication, leading by example, and problem solving skills are all valuable assets you contribute to the success of the project and team.

Computer savviness with experience in Procore and Procontractor would lend to your success here.
