Role & Responsibility
To be successful here, you will need a deep understanding of high-end/custom residential construction projects, including construction materials and methods. You will have a solid background of managing and completing projects on budget and on time. Well-established professional relationships with designers, architectures, and subcontractors is something you have successfully developed throughout your career. You understand and value the importance of client relationship development… the client’s satisfaction in the finished product is what you strive to achieve.
You are a professional, effective communicator knowing who to talk to and when. You are consistently seeking out ways to strategize, plan, and problem solve. Finally, while you have vast experience under your belt, you are not done learning. You are seeking ways to advance in your career and grow professionally.
