Role & Responsibility

An ideal candidate for this position will have a firm understanding of residential construction. Your confidence and ability to take the lead on creating the teams and assigning individual responsibilities lays a firm foundation for the project being completed with the excellence this company is known for. You will have strong time management skills, ensuring that the team is working together in the most efficient, effective way. You will play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. You are detail oriented, comfortable overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish… you like to see things done right!

A keen eye for any project changes needed and communication of those changes is a must. The ability to travel extensively between sites will be needed as you will periodically inspect the construction site to ensure that all is moving forward in a timely manner. Effective, professional communication skills are of utmost importance, as you create a key link with clients.
