Role & Responsibility
The project manager is involved and responsible from estimating to punch list. That’s a lot of responsibility on what can be quite complicated projects. You are comfortable managing this complexity because you have a background in water and wastewater construction. Organizing chaos comes naturally to you. If you are not familiar with DAS 140 forms, this is probably not the job for you. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is valuable.
