    Role & Responsibility

    As a qualified candidate for this position, you will have solid experience in the construction industry. You are highly skilled and proficient in MS Project and Excel. Reading blueprints with a solid understanding of the full scope of the project is a must!

    You play a vital role in the success of the project, as you are responsible for gathering a lot of information and presenting it in an organized, detail-oriented manner. You will be responsible for gathering accurate quotes for materials, equipment, and bids from subcontractors. Your ultimate goal is to present a budget that meets the requirements of the project plans/specifications and ensures the satisfaction of the project owner. Networking and communication are also crucial skills in this role as you will meet with the site superintendent, project team, and the project owner.

    Finally, as the ideal candidate, you feel empowered in a developing role and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. A high level of drive and productivity (lots of hustle) will be required!
