Role & Responsibility

This role is ideal for an individual with solid experience leading teams with a successful track record of delivering well-executed projects in excess of $75M. A background in construction management for a large-scale general contractor would prove very beneficial to your success here. Ultimately, a project delivered within time and budget falls under your careful management.

Your conduct is professional at all times, setting a positive example for your team members. Strong relationship building and communication skills are essential to your role as you ultimately are serving as a liaison between office and field. Company, team, and client can rely upon you to collaborate and seek the best interests of all involved. The ability to see problems before they arise is a valuable asset you contribute to the project. You value the safety and well being of your team by implementing company safety guidelines and recommending self-improvement programs as needed.
