    Role & Responsibility

    As the ideal candidate for this position as Senior Estimator, you will be seeking an opportunity in which you can grow into a key member of the estimating team. Opportunities for advancement within this company are numerous for talented individuals. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driving environment, which is exactly where you would excel and thrive.

    In this role, your primary responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, leading successful project estimates, performing accurate quantity take-offs, and soliciting competitive pricing from subcontractors. Five to seven years of experience in commercial construction is preferred. Ideally, you would be well versed in Excel-based estimate plates.

    Last, but certainly not least, you would fully be able to demonstrate that you are a strong cultural fit with this esteemed company and their values, and that you are ultimately in it for the long-term.
