 The Ideal Candidate

• Detail-oriented

• Firm knowledge of high-end/custom residential construction

• Proficiency in industry softwares

• Management and scheduling skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively

• Experience managing project budgets upwards of $2M

• Assist project manager in RFI’s, change orders, project scope, scheduling, etc.
