(Salary range of $150K to $220K)
Role & Responsibilities:
Your time will primarily be spent on the job site communicating and collaborating with essential team members. You will be responsible for facilitating and participating in OAC meetings bi-weekly and ensuring your team has updated budgets and schedules to prevent any unnecessary delays in the project. These are not “run-of-the-mill” projects, so it is essential that you understand the many complexities involved in the construction process of projects with a $10M - $20M budget. To be most effective, you are familiar with Spectrum, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Smartsheets, Adobe, Dropbox.
It is anticipated that you will engage in consistent, effective communication with clients and Site Superintendents, ultimately building a bridge between your client and the field team. You will consistently check in with the Principal, maintaining a healthy line of communication through the leadership team.
