Role & Responsibility
As an ideal candidate for this job, you will have experience in the construction industry, preferably in custom home framing and remodeling. Your strong leadership skills ensure that the carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors of the project are being carefully supervised. Your keen eye for detail allows you to see any potential on-site problems that you effectively communicate with the Project Manager.
You are confident in your responsibility for the daily production and material use at the project site. Professional conduct is a must as you serve as an interface between the company and customer. Your time management and organization skills allow the project to move forward with success as you ensure schedules are set and crews are assigned to their tasks.
