Role & Responsibility

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have a firm understanding of the complexities of residential construction. You will have a solid background of completing projects on time and within budget. You possess three “must have’s” as a project manager: solid, professional communication skills, conflict resolution/problem solving skills, and the ability to build team commitment. Developing strong relationships is of utmost importance to you, as you appreciate the value of building a solid foundation of trust with the project team and client. You are also a powerful networker… you know how to utilize the skills and talents of others to ensure every project is completed with the quality that this company is known for.
