    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with at least 4 years of experience in completing discovery responses, reviewing documents for depositions, and preparing pleadings in federal court. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities: • Draft and manage the completion of discovery responses and other legal documents. • Review and analyze documents for depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings. • Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs for filing in federal courts. • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witness testimony. • Conduct legal research and analysis on case-specific issues. • Maintain case files and manage case deadlines to ensure timely filings. • Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel. • Provide administrative support as needed, including document management and filing. Qualifications: • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a focus on federal court proceedings. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Legal Studies or a related field. Paralegal certification is preferred. • Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
