    Job Description

    Who We Are: We are a nationwide authorized service provider for the Affordable Connectivity Program + Lifeline Program. We have been given this contract to provide free internet devices to as many people as we possibly can before the federal fund is depleted. Along with giving away free internet devices, we are being compensated extremely well, which makes this opportunity more rewarding. WHAT WE DO: Help recipients of government assistance programs apply and receive a free internet device We work out in the field and in the community, hands on, to educate customers on benefits they could qualify for. Our goal is to help recipients of Government Assistance Programs apply and receive free internet tablets. Agents are making +$1,000 per week. * Agents receive a commission per applicant that qualifies for the free internet tablet. * Pay is daily and weekly with bonuses being provided and opportunities to grow and lead. * Each application has a process time of 10 minutes qualify and move on to the next applicant * Agents are encouraged to go with storefront setups but can choose their service platform: outdoor marketing, store front setups, events, churches, food banks, Section 8 housing, door-to-door, etc. * We also have permanent locations where field agents are qualifying people who line up daily. * Agents will be provided with hands on training, location, uniform, badge, banners, tents, etc. Responsibilities: Outreach Agents will be responsible for signing up all eligible individuals and families, while activating devices and educating the recipient on the program and device/service. *Meet customer directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner to assist community members enrollment into the ACP program *Create, distribute, and collect confidential records of program participants for enrollment benefits *Understand program goals, monitor progress towards meeting these goals, and communicate the production of the program to leadership team *Stay updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new members *Perform all other related duties as assigned by operational management Qualifications *High school diploma or equivalent *Customer service/ Sales experience preferred *Possess a positive attitude and good communication skills *Attention to detail and commitment to program necessities *Ability to learn data entry and share findings on an ongoing basis .*Commitment to goals and day to day tasks, as well as attendance and punctuality *Professional demeanor *Problem-solving tactics Ta ke note: Vehicle req uired to get to and from work
