    Ambiance iQ™ is a leading B2B services company providing Neuroscience-based Smarter Sensory Solutions™ across North America. We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Executive for our AV and Sound Masking Division. Our hiring goal for this new position is to install in the upper echelon of our company an accomplished and effective doer who will concentrate on two areas. The first is large acoustical and sound masking deals for corporate offices, call centers, medical and retail banking as well. We seeing demand pick up rapidly as companies are returning the office in reconfigured workspaces that have many unforeseen acoustic challenges. Additional you will work to AV Engineering and installations solutions to retail, restaurants and hotel across the USA. Our company has in house engineering and project management with technicians across all 50 states and Canada.

Selling sound masking systems or other in office technologies is a requirement for this role.

    Core Responsibilities include:

    • Expand the customer base and generate new revenue (via outbound calling, email, webinars and on-site visits)

    • Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities, as well as participate in all aspects of negotiation and closure. Conscientiously log and record customer and prospect interactions into the Company CRM system (Hubspot)

    • Maintain and expand a robust sales pipeline utilizing marketing-generated leads and others developed through your channels

    • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and activity metrics

    • Continually analyze sales metrics and CRM data and use this to improve sales results. Provide management with useful and accurate reporting on the sales funnel, progress towards goals and trends

    • Participate in design, development and execution of new marketing campaigns to accelerate sales growth

    • This is a work from home position reporting to our Sales Office in Denver, CO.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of selling sound masking systems, AV or other in office technologies to the same buyer
    • Proven ability to locate the real decision makers in large organizations, get them to reveal their pain points and persuade them to embrace new solutions to their problems
    • Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives a plus
    • Minimum of bachelor’s Degree
    • Comfortable working in a 21st Century entrepreneurial company where everyone is expected to wear many hats, be flexible and be quick to adapt
