As an Entry-Level Criminal Defense Attorney, you’ll have a unique opportunity to stand up for your clients, work alongside experienced attorneys, and sharpen your legal skills with hands-on experience and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For:

• California Licensed Attorney: You’ve earned your JD and have passed the California Bar.
• Passionate About Defense: You believe in the power of defense to give people a second chance, and you’re driven to make a difference.
• Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and judges.
• Quick Thinker: You’re strategic, resourceful, and ready to adapt in the fast-paced world of criminal law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Client Advocate: Conduct in-depth client interviews to gather details and build robust defense strategies.
• Take the Lead in Court: Represent clients at various stages of their cases—arraignments, pre-trials, and hearings—under the mentorship of seasoned litigators.
• Develop Game-Changing Defense Strategies: Perform legal research, draft motions, and assist in building comprehensive case strategies.
• Collaborate with Top Attorneys: Work side-by-side with accomplished defense attorneys who are passionate about mentoring new talent.
• Keep Clients Informed: Provide consistent, clear updates so clients feel supported every step of the way.
