    ROLE

    The Operations Assistant at Ambra Health is a full-time, exempt position responsible for the administrative function for the Software Development team. This position is in-person full-time in the Boston Office (State Street Building, downtown Boston). The Operations Assistant reports directly to the VP of Software Development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Plan events and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual engineering meetings
    2. Create and maintain documentation and reports for engineering processes
    3. Coordinate the onboarding of new engineers into the team
    4. Research, develop, and maintain engineering presentations
    5. Handle expense reports, reimbursements
    6. Maintain department wiki page
    7. Assist with testing and documentation for software releases
    8. Be a resource for engineers who need administrative assistance
    9. General administration duties

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Proven administrative or assistant experience
    2. Knowledge of office procedures and software (Google Suite)
    3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
    4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    6. Strong organizational and planning skills
    7. At least 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
    8. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

    Salary Range: $50-$60K depending on experience.
