    For the Analyst role, Ambra Health is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and talented recent college graduate to join the Ambra Health team. You will be a key member of the Professional Services team, which is central to the success of our organization and our global clients. You will be responsible for contributing to and supporting a broad base of client projects from pre-sale negotiations to established clients.

    Once trained on the Ambra Health software, you will be assigned to deployment teams and have ownership of client projects. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibilities that requires professionalism and creativity. Domestic travel opportunities are common.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop an expertise in the Ambra Health software, healthcare industry and medical imaging.
    • Configuring the Ambra Health application to best support our clients' processes and imaging initiatives.
    • Train clients on how to best use Ambra Health through hands-on client sessions.
    • Work closely with development and product teams on Ambra Health technical capabilities and enhancements to the product.
    • Build supportive relationships with new and existing clients while creating a positive client experience through responsive, informative problem-solving.
    • Manage multiple projects while driving customer satisfaction and success.
    • First line of product support and troubleshooting for our customers and daily users.

    Qualifications:

    • Recent college graduate (or May 2018 graduation date).
    • Strong GPA (3.3 or higher) is required.
    • Expert communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and eager to learn something new every day.
    • Ability to write and communicate clearly is mandatory.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a new environment and thrive under pressure

    Heavy emphasis will be placed on problem solving skills, personal initiative and good people management/relationship skills. Opportunity for exposure to different areas and roles within the company as well as growth within the Professional Services team. Sense of humor is mandatory. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
