    For this incredibly unique role, Ambra is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, trustworthy and fiercely resourceful Accounting Analyst to join our team. The candidate should have excellent work ethic and attention to detail, be able to operate independently and with limited direction and possess great interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be responsible for bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, helping with invoicing, and related financial and sales operations tasks as we scale our customer and revenue base. This person will report directly to our Director of Finance and play a key role in supporting the operational finance responsibilities of the company. A team-oriented and hands-on work style is a must! We're looking for a smart and ambitious self-starter who is passionate about growing a business from the ground up and changing the game in healthcare technology.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Day-to-day management of bookkeeping entries
    • Accounts receivable and collections
    • Accounts payable
    • Help with monthly invoicing processes
    • Assist with internal and external audits alongside the Director of Finance and CFO
    • Compile and analyze appropriate business performance metrics
    • Interface with our Sales and Services teams along with the Director of Finance and CFO to further refine revenue recognition, pipeline evaluation and forecasting processes, including identifying ways to help maximize revenue (via upsells, pricing, packaging, etc.)
    • Assist in sales contract management - maintaining contract files and summaries for all contracts, helping to create contract templates and working with sales team on any changes to contract templates

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
    • Entry level position: 0-3 years experience
    • Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build internal relationships
    • Strong work ethic with high level of attention to detail and willingness to be hands‐on
    • Deadline‐driven and solutions‐oriented and thrive at working in a fast‐paced environment
    • Flexibility to change priorities and workflow on a daily basis
    • Able to troubleshoot and solve problems or obstacles with minimal supervision either remotely or onsite
    • Experience with the following is a plus: Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT; Quickbooks
