As the business expands, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to the owner in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn the ins and outs of running a business. f

    Location : Ambrosia Events, 5110 W Lincoln Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53219

    Hours : Weekdays 9-5 PM. Some weekend hours may be required.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITES

    Administrative Support

    • Manage the business owners schedule, appointments, and emails.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining business processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
    • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of event planning and execution.

    Communication

    • Act as a liaison between the business owner and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Draft and edit business correspondence, proposals, and reports.
    • Monitor and respond to inquiries through various communication channels.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Proficient in using a MAC laptop.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of a small business.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Positive attitude

    • Valid Driver’s license and transportation
