Asterly Well Care Solutions and our partners at an Upstate Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Ambulatory RN to join their team for a 13-week assignment starting June 6th. Immediate start preferred. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 days/week) Traveler Status: Allowed

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to ambulatory patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Perform patient assessments, manage documentation in EMR (preferably EPIC), and assist with treatment plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Maintain compliance with all health regulations and institutional protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current NYS RN License (active and in good standing)

• BLS Certification (must be current or renewable)

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years)

• Prior experience in a facility of similar size/level or trauma center required (for travelers)

• EMR experience preferred (EPIC highly desired)

• No prior suspensions, investigations, or professional liability claims

• Must pass drug screening, criminal background check, and health clearance

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
