We have an awesome outside sales role on our team where you'll receive monthly compensation (SPIFF) for hitting appointment goals PLUS additional commissions using our awesome technology tools such as our CRM database, goal-setting and monitoring software, and speed-to-lead platforms. This is a role where you will schedule Buyer/seller appointments for our Top Producing Agents, and invite other local agents to attend our meetings, or have a strategy session with our Team Leader with the objective of having them join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to use your real estate license but not have to travel everywhere showing houses! Our Team members meet from 8:45 am-12 pm daily during the week at our East Sac Office to train, role play, and make calls together (other than during this time your role will be primarily outside the office). Responsibilities: • Set appointments with Realtors for our Team Leader to discuss team • Meet Realtors at Open House to determine if they are a good fit for our team • Build relationships with Realtors Compensation: $65,500 at plan earnings
