This is a Service-Oriented role in real estate! This role requires someone who enjoys strategy, games, systems, and wants to be a pioneer. You will have a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone. This role serves as a hybrid of roles. • Must be self-motivated, and willing to hold yourself accountable. • Must be able to analyze data to implement automation. • Must enjoy using technology to pioneer a new role and implement strategies to increase production. • Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask).  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to systems.  • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.  • Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through phone conversations, texts, and emails with potential clients.  • Must be motivated for a lifestyle and a desire for a big life and not satisfied with just getting by.A great candidate for this role has thicker skin- a superb eye for detail- and is passionate to make an impact on their world. If you crave being in a vivacious workplace and you want a big life, then this could be the place for you. We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the traditional realtor audacious night/weekend schedule that pulls you out of your home but is willing to respond at night and on the weekend to calls/texts/emails from where you are at. Responsibilities: • Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for clients. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily • Speed to respond is VITAL to your success in the role • Oversee the company systems and protocol for the customer and client experience • Manage the customer experience by analyzing to determine how to strategically place clients on CRM automation plans • Supervise and manage team agents in our program to ensure they are delivering quality service • Available to clients on the phone on nights and weekends • Be coachable - we know what it takes to be successful in this role and you have to be willing to be coached for success • This is a results-based role - you have daily goals you need to hit that will guarantee success! Qualifications: • NO real estate experience needed • Must have or be willing to get a Real Estate License to meet state regulations (If you have not completed your license we are happy to still discuss this role for once you are licensed) • Must fit into Amen Real Estate culture and follow our systems - they're awesome! • Passionate • Confidence on the phone (we will assist you with this) • Patience - you'll get a pipeline going but it will take time as you perfect your skills • Fun-loving • Hardworking - this should come naturally to you • Compassionate • Personable • Resilient • Energetic • Intelligent • Coachable - you have to want to be great at your job. We will provide any tools or coaching but you have to want it! • Flexible - have to be willing to take return calls/texts/emails from wherever you are at • Ambitious Compensation: $55,000 + at plan commission
