Our team receives over 1,000 new leads each month from our website, has a database of over 50,000 leads, has referral agreements with top Real Estate Platforms, and we'll train you to shine - as it's our job to build a runway for you. You must be willing to work incredibly hard as you will assist clients through their home buying and selling process either through nurturing them through the initial process and handing them off to a Buyer's agent when they are ready or through showing them homes and negotiating on their behalf. Our In House Transaction Coordinator will take care of much of the daily tasks once in contract, leaving your time to lead-generate, and be front-facing with clients. You'll have exquisite training and massive leverage. Much of the paperwork removed from your duties and amazing marketing all done for you, and integration into one of the top places to work in the area. Responsibilities: Team Buyer's Agent Role: • Assist buyers with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market. • Assist sellers with the arduous details and stressful venture of selling a home. Pricing, strategy, and negotiation skills are crucial (don't worry - we'll teach you how). • Learn to lead generate and schedule appointments with our integrated CRM, power dialer, IDX, lead generation system. • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis. • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with your community. Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your customers. • This is a role revolving 100% around service!
