    The Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Executive Assistant) at Amen Real Estate is a W2 employee receiving Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, plus sick and vacation time off. This is an In-Office Role. You will wear many hats, perform various administrative duties, provide clerical support, run errands to free up our CEO and COO’s time, Assist with workforce growth campaigns, assist with CRM management, and often handle tasks that have a direct effect on the success of the business.  Only applicants who complete the assessment that will be emailed to you will be considered - please don't forget to complete it! Responsibilities: • Provide executive support to the CEO and COO • Assist with workforce growth campaigns • Assist with CRM and other app management • Run office and personal errands for CEO and COO • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Order supplies • Keep up with office supply inventory • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence • Organize and maintain the office filing systems • Assist with training • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings • Backup/Assist Transaction Coordinator/Compliance Manager with managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining the related transactions file. • Assist with managing other tools we provide our agents including tracking data. • Assist with research Qualifications: • Must be able to quickly learn to use new programs, apps • Must be a self starter and need little direction • Must be a problem solver • Must be able to take direction from a CEO who is direct, driven, determined, fast paced, short and to the point  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) • A high school diploma or GED required • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Extremely well organized, and able to organize others as well • Respond well to stress and keep calm in all situations • Reliable and dependable • Ability to multi-task • Problem-solving ability • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
