It's vital to maintain relationships with all leads! • Speed to respond is VITAL to your success in the role • Oversee the company systems and protocol for the customer and client experience • Manage the customer experience by analyzing to determine how to strategically place clients on CRM automation plans • Supervise and manage team agents in our program to ensure they are delivering quality service • Available to clients on the phone on nights and weekends • Be coachable - we know what it takes to be successful in this role and you have to be willing to be coached for success • This is a results-based role - you have daily goals you need to hit that will guarantee success!
