At Amenify we're bringing luxury experiences to high-end living. Our platform is providing residents with a unique and convenient avenue to book amenities such as in-home massage, dog walking, home cleaning, and personal training. While our residents benefit from these (and other) services/discounts/benefits, we also provide our communities with specialized event planning and execution.

We are looking for wonderful, talented and excited Amenify Ambassadors to help host our events throughout the Greater Seattle area.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

• Set up, operate, and tear down the community events
• Communicate brand mission and product attributes to residents
• Promote product to customers on site
• Develop and maintain relationships with on-site teams and vendors
• Manage a small inventory of supplies/equipment for events
• Coordinate the transport of supplies/equipment as needed
• Submit an event report with photos in a timely manner
• Maintain an impeccable presentation
• Incite enthusiasm about Amenify onsite at the property and actively promote services as directed by Amenify Marketing.
• Proactively maintain brand, product & industry knowledge in order to anticipate and thoughtfully respond to various customer inquiries.  
• Other duties as defined by the Program Launch Manager

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High level of brand and product knowledge
• Established skills in event planning and leadership
• Past event execution experience
• Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Schedule flexibility and “can-do” attitude
• Ability to use smartphone apps for reporting and communicating

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
• Constant reaching and turning around demo station

Compensation is based on experience and availability. This is a contract position.
