MOBILE MASSAGE THERAPY PROVIDER

Amenify is seeking a skilled and seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist Team to provide In-Home Massage services to multi-family residents in San Francisco.

Our massage therapists will be offering 60, 90, and 120-minute massages to residents at several properties around the area. A high level of commitment is required for this position as many people will be depending on your punctuality.

As our dedicated Massage Therapist Team, you will be the preferred provider in the San Francisco market.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide premier services to residents in a timely, cordial, and professional manner

Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and the Amenify Concierge team

• Respond quickly to Massage Therapy requests
• Inform Amenify of scheduling changes in a timely manner
• Inform Amenify of important customer interactions or issues in a timely manner

Visit properties to meet the property management team and build trust with prospective customers

Serve as an Amenify ambassador when on-site and interacting with clients

Proper evaluation of clients physical and emotional needs

Must be comfortable filling out SOAP notes and ensuring Health Consent form is filled properly.

Discuss client needs and level of comfort prior to any physical contact

WHO YOU ARE

• A skilled team of professionals with at least 1 year of experience in the Massage Therapy business
• Passionate about building 1:1 relationships with clients
• Strong communicator
• A history of success in B2B and B2C interactions
• Understands the principles of the human body and proper massage technique
